Full Service Additional Fees

Set Up Fee - $250 - Includes property onboarding and account setup.

Tenant Placement Fee - 50% of first month’s rent upon lease execution Includes marketing, showings, applicant screening, and lease signing.

Lease Renewals - $250 Charged at the time of renewal with an existing tenant. Includes updated lease, rent evaluation, and tenant communication.

Tenant Evictions - $500 plus any court costs and attorneys fees.
