Step 2
Our team will reach out, providing a free rental analysis, market insights, management
options, possible tenant placements, and answer their investment questions.
Step 3
We'll walk your client through every step of the process, answer their questions, and
ensure they feel confident in their decision.
Step 4
Once the management agreement is signed and the property is leased, you'll receive a $250 referral fee.
We pay a $250 referral fee for every management agreement that results in a successfully leased property.
